For the last 2 years, the Wylie family has been traveling Europe on a mission to encourage and lend assistance to isolated members of Messiah's Body.
With their background as American Homesteaders and Entrepreneurs, Tom and Sarah have helped families and home fellowships in Portugal, France, England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales, and have travelled as far as Albania.
Throughout this time and in all these places, they've discovered a common worldwide need, and Yah has put it on their hearts to do something about it:
There are young adult believers everywhere in the world who are finished with High School, and don't know whether they should go to college/university. They lack confidence or the skills needed to enter the workforce, commit to an apprenticeship, or start their own business.
The mission of EIKEV International Training Ministry is to equip these brothers and sisters in Yeshua to discover and live out the unique calling Yah has for them.
Our vision is to establish a training center in the English Countryside where these followers of Yeshua can gather to receive instruction from Yah, from experienced instructors and mentors, and from each other.

What's behind the name "EIKEV"?
EIKEV (pronounced "Ay-Kayv") is the name of the portion of the Torah that includes Deuteronomy 7:12-11:25.
This Portion reminds us of our identity as YHWH's chosen people, and our responsibility to keep and obey His commands, which will result in abundant life and blessings from Him both now and forever.
The title Eikev (עֵקֶב) is a Hebrew word found in Deut. 7:12 that means "because; consequently;" and denotes the reward or result of an if-then scenario.
"Then it shall come to pass, because (Eikev) you listen to these judgments, and keep and do them, that the YHWH your Elohim will keep with you the covenant and the mercy which He swore to your fathers." (Deut. 7:12)
Literally, eikev means "heel" and is used describing Jacob grabbing Esau's heel at birth, and also in the Genesis 3:15 prophecy of the promised Messiah who would with His bruised heel crush the head of the serpent's seed.
We have been charged with walking in the steps of our Master Yeshua (following on His heel, or walking in the way that He walked).
Eikev carries prophetic significance that connects to both our small and humble beginnings (as helpless newborns), as well as to Yah's eternal promises.
From the curse that resulted from transgression of His command, to the redemption of all things through the blood of the Lamb that was engineered into the very foundations of Creation itself.
With this word being used as the title of such an important Torah Portion, and playing a role in both the founding of Israel as YHWH's covenant people, and the promise of the Messiah's redemption of all things, Eikev is a good word to summarize what Yah is leading us to teach in our ministry:
Remember Yah's covenant with you and your identity as His child and image-bearer to the rest of His creation. Listen to His commands and instructions with a willing heart, and with hands that are equipped and ready to Obey.

About the founders of EIKEV International
Tom and Sarah Wylie could be best described as International Sustainability Ambassadors. They have devoted their lives to obeying Yah and advancing His Kingdom.
Their focus and expertise is in Training, Equipping, and Encouraging the Body of Messiah by Teaching real-world skills:
From gardening, animal husbandry, metal- and woodworking, to entrepreneurship, family relationships, and advanced spiritual warfare.

Discipleship and Counseling
Through everything from casual conversation to deep and powerful intercessory prayer, Tom and Sarah help discover root causes and administer the truth of Scripture to real life issues. They love helping others discover how to hear Yah's voice and learn to walk in faith, in all areas of life. Sarah hosts the Tea With Sarah Podcast and Tom hosts the Radically Obedient podcast.
In late 2023, Yah told Tom and Sarah to sell their homestead in the Missouri Ozarks and move to Europe for a season of being dependent on hearing and obeying His voice. He had them live nomadically for 2 years, traveling where He told them to, and connecting them with isolated members of His Body that needed help or encouragement.
For many years, Yah has been planting the seeds of vision for a training center in Tom & Sarah's hearts, as well as practically training and preparing them for this endeavor. Approaching the 2-year anniversary of them receiving His instructions to move to Europe, Yah told them it was time to start making this vision a reality.
This is not a work of their own effort or resourcefulness, nor an endeavor for their own benefit. This is a move of faith in YHWH, the Most High God, Creator of Heaven and Earth, for the advancement of His Kingdom and the building up of His Bride.
The Wylies are currently putting great effort into the creation of the EIKEV International Training Ministry, and are more dependent than ever on donations toward this work.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is EIKEV Training only for Torah Observant/Messianic Believers?
No. We welcome followers of the Messiah, Jesus Christ of Nazareth (Yeshua HaMashiach). Please see our What We Believe statement for details of what we as the leadership of Eikev International hold to as a basic common statement of belief. Agreement with this basic statement of belief is necessary for application acceptance.
EIKEV Training Events (and eventually the Training Center) will operate its schedule in observance of the 7th Day Sabbath (Saturday), and any food involved will be prepared according to biblically clean standards.
What age of students can come?
All those attending Eikev training and events must be 18 years old or over. Some events may have specific age limitations besides this, so please take note of any age restrictions for each event you consider taking part in.
Is EIKEV associated with a particular denomination?
No. We welcome followers of the Messiah, Jesus Christ of Nazareth (Yeshua HaMashiach). Please see our What We Believe statement for details of what we as the leadership of Eikev International hold to as a basic common statement of belief. Agreement with this basic statement of belief is necessary for application acceptance.
Do you have a property for the Training Center yet?
We do not have a property yet, but we are trusting Yah to provide the right place in His way and time where we can establish a permanent Training Center.
